I admire you for being so dedicated that you are out in the dark when it's this cold! You have inspired me to get off my cosy couch and walk the dogs after I finish these comments :)
ReplyDeleteOn another note, the font you are using is very small and hard to read for these aging eyes. It looks pretty but bigger would be better!

ReplyDeleteI am a dedicated walker too, though often not after dark. For me getting out and moving in the fresh air is very different from exercising inside and seems to be part of what my body needs. Good luck with your challenge and enjoy!
