As I start thinking about where I want life to take me this year, I've come up with health & fitness goals, business goals, personal development goals, and my favorite ~ family togetherness goals. I hereby announce that I will hike, & walk for a combined total of 1,000 miles, bike 1,000 miles all in 2013. Business goal is to be able to earn enough income with my health and wellness coach to decrease my hours as a nurse to part time, which is 24 hours a week or LESS. For my favorite family goals ~ I would like to spend some time alone each month with each family {Ben's, Heather's, Elisa's, Brooke's}. This blog will track my progress, my triumphs, my trials, & will help me be accountable! I am so excited! Starts January 1, 2013!!
I need new shoes, running tights, hiking shoes with great traction, and sometime soon I'd like a Garmin watch. For now, apps on my phone will track mileage. Here we go!
